This you can obtain from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website or from the Canadian embassy or consulate in your home country. Once you are through with the eligibility test, you will get a personal checklist code which valid up to next 60 days. You have to keep this personal checklist code for all your future references. There will be an application guide, an estimated tuition fee amount and the list of required documents to be submitted to the page containing your personal checklist code. Once you are through with the collection of the required documents, you can create a MyCIC account where you can enter your personal checklist code. Subsequently, you will receive your personal documentation checklist and you can upload and sent all the required documents to CIC.
